Apple disease certainly sounds ni...Hello Kumi-san,<br /><br />Apple disease certainly sounds nicer than what we call it "Parvovirus B19" or "Slapped Cheek Rash". We are not as imaginative it seems. It's named Fifth Disease by the CDC because it originally was 5th on the list of common skin rash diseases that children often get. I think the people that work at the CDC need to get some training in how to name diseases to make them easier to remember.
