Cooler and cooler

When I got up at 4am yesterday, I felt it was cool.

Since I wore short pajamas, I changed it into long pants.

I prepared my family's pajamas for Autumn season because I can guess that my children won't get up if they feel that it is cool.

The lowest temperature was 20 degrees Celsius (68 Fahrenheit) yesterday.

It is still hot in the daytime, but it is getting cooler at night.

Since we slept by covering with a blanket made of toweling only, we obviously feel  cool.

We can hear crickets singing at night.

Autumn season is coming soon.

The strong typhoon is approaching again!

The strong typhoon 19 is crossing Japan now.

It is the second time that the strong typhoon approaches Japan recently.

The wind is quite strong this typhoon.

A heavy rain flood storm warning has been issued around here.

The cover of my child's bicycle was torn by wind.

I hope there will be no damage by typhoon.

The total lunar eclipse

Last night, we were able to see the total lunar eclipse in Japan.

It started around 6:15pm and the moon was covered in the shadow of the Earth completely from 7:30pm around.

I was looking at the moon with my family.
Especially my children were especially excited to look at the waning moon.
But!!!
When the moon had just hidden completely and we had just been able to watch the red moon, the moon was covered with the cloud... I was so disappointed.

After that, we could sometimes see the red moon from the breaks in the clouds.
 
"Wow, I can see the moon!"

"Oh no! The moon has just been behind a cloud again!"

We fluctuated between hopes and fears, we made a fuss in the quiet red moon night.

A storm warning

A storm warning is in effect for my city now since the typhoon 18 is approaching.

I have two children, 5-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl who go to the nursery school.

The nursery school will be being closed until two hours later after a warning was canceled.

My children must be excited...

The typhoon is coming

A strong typhoon is said to be approaching to Japan's area of responsibility now.


According to the weather forcast, the typhoon is expected will pass through our area tonight or tomorrow morning.


I'd rather want to stay home but, I have to work from the morning until sunset today....
